Recruiting

Our TEAM™ recruiting and interviewing methodology focuses on two critical assessment areas when evaluating potential candidates’ fit:  competency (technical ability and expertise) and culture (achiever mindset). Training

Our partnership with a PMI-certified best-in-class project controls learning management program delivers 20 years of hard won, practical project controls experience to equip our candidates to apply project controls, earned value management, and risk management solutions tailored to our clients’ needs.

Apprenticeship

Program apprentices are trained and mentored through the Management Solutions’ comprehensive, execution and implementation methodology, ELITE® (Excellence in Leadership, Integrity, Talent and Expertise) project controls training program. Upon completion apprentices are then placed alongside Management Solutions’ subject matter experts to develop and enhance the critical reasoning skills necessary to solve clients’ most difficult challenges.

Deployment

Graduates become a part of the Management Solutions “SUCCESS” community with assignment into open positions in project controls. For the first year, our experts will continue to mentor graduates. After that, they will enjoy lifetime access to our alumni learning portal.
